Marilou is a fortunate individual who has had the opportunity to do what it is that she loves…and that is helping people buy and sell real estate! Real Estate is Marilou’s first love, but her second career! She waited 28 years to be able to do her life’s passion. She teases her clients that she enjoys living “vicariously” through them during such an exciting time in their lives!

She took the great leap of faith over 11 years ago and left the corporate world, but she took all she had learned and put her savvy business acumen and technical skills to work in her Real Estate endeavors. She continued on that career path and is now an Associate Broker.

Coining the phrase “I am the catalyst of being; where imagination and determination meet.” She has transitioned this believe with her and as such has resulted in the ability to paint wonderful mind pictures helping her clients see what can be. She has coupled this ability with Professional Staging Certification, which she assists buyers, and sellers with the opportunity to utilize this additional service.

She has worked for Developers and Builders as an on site agent selling new homes as well as working in general real estate providing transaction guidance for resales, short sales and foreclosures.
